I have always enjoyed exercise, participating in a variety of sports and training over the years. Most recently, I have enjoyed challenging myself with trail running and yoga. Completing a Certificate III and IV in Fitness has enabled me to share my love of exercise with clients as a gym instructor, group instructor and personal trainer. I am passionate about making movement and fitness accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages and abilities. As a massage therapist as well as a fitness professional, I am always keen to take a holistic approach to health. I am committed to providing clients with coaching that is tailored to their personal needs.
